. Cash, cars, weapons, and medicine is transferred to terrorists, in camps across Pakistan, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, and Kazakhstan.
Dual-purpose courier aircraft, provided by the governments of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Turkmenistan, and the United Arab Emirates transport essential material support and terrorists under cover of 'diplomatic immunity', without passport, border, or customs controls.
Richard Clarke thwarted the bombing of Osama bin Laden in a royal falconry camp hosted by the UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed. Clarke informed Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, the full-brother of Sheikh Hamdan, about a CIA plan to bomb the falconry camp.
H.H. Sheikh Mohammed is responsible for approving and paying for all UAE military acquisitions. After saving the lives of Sheikh Mohammed's brother and his VIP guests that included Osama bin Laden, Mr. Clarke was awarded the U.S. $ 6.4 billion contract to sell eighty F-16 fighter jets to the United Arab Emirates.
Mr. Clarke failed to publicly disclose these details to the '911 Commission'.
